Codex of Conduct
This statement describes rules for members of the website and opensim located at EasierIT Technology servers who register (“Community”) and upload material, post comments, or provide other content (“Member Content”) to the Service.
The Society expects its Community members to observe the following rules (“Community Rules”) on socialnet.is-on.click, i.let-us.cyou and any other websites operated by the Society, including but not limited to our social network related and i-grid.
Violations of these guidelines may result in the removal of material, comments or other Member Content or termination of a member’s use of and registration in the our Community:

Be civil.
The Society encourages open and candid discussions and debates. However, all communications should be respectful. Differences of opinion are okay; personal attacks are not. Comments or content that are violent, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, obscene, offensive, hateful, derogatory, defamatory, or are racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable content will be removed.
Stay on topic.
Comments, questions and contributions should be relevant to the topic being discussed. Keep in mind that this is not a place for unsolicited personal or commercial solicitation or advertising (e.g., “Win a free laptop”, etc.).
Don’t upload or post inappropriate content. If a user uploads inappropriate, pornographic or offensive, or otherwise objectionable content to the Sites, such user may be banned from the Community. Society may also edit or entirely remove such posts from any of the Services it controls.
No spam.
No one likes seeing the same message posted to one or many articles, galleries or discussions.
Keep it legal. Participating in, suggesting, or encouraging any illegal activity is cause for immediate removal and termination of a member’s use of and registration in I-GRID
Observe copyright and trademark law.
The uploading of copyrighted videos, photos, models or other material beyond what is protected as fair use is prohibited, and Society may remove such posts from any of the Sites it controls. Do not pass off someone else’s trademark as your own.
Accuracy is important.
Creating multiple accounts in the I-Grid is discouraged (without approval). If you change schools, institutions, or place of work, please update your existing Society account instead of creating a new account. To merge your duplicate accounts, please email jirasupport@easierit.org with any email addresses and names you may have used to create your “alt” accounts.
Respect privacy.
Do not post personal or any other information that you do not want made public and respect the privacy of other members or I-Grid employees.

Our Community team does monitor posts, but we may miss something. We encourage members to flag content which they feel violates any of the above Community Rules so we can review and take the appropriate action.

The views and opinions expressed in educator and explorer profiles as well as educator and explorer discussion posts do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of Society or its partners. Please remember that any comments or content you share on this site are your sole responsibility.
Aditional Information
Community members are also required to read and abide by the complete Terms Of Service of EasierIT Technology, and persons who post User Content on any grid channels on social media services are expected to follow the complete terms of service of those respective services.
We are reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any User Content that Council considers unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons, on any of the Sites controlled by Council.
“User Content” means material Community members upload, comments they post, or other content that Community members provide to the Community.
Conduct by any user that, at the sole discretion of Council, restricts or inhibits any other user of the Service from using or enjoying the Service will not be permitted on any of the Services controlled by Council.
We are reserves the right to refuse access to the Service under its control or revoke Community membership to any user for any reason, including, without limitation, a reasonable belief that the user in question has violated these Community Rules, the Terms of Service, any other operating rules posted on the Service, or any of the copyright or international trademark laws .

Access to page social.is-on.click and grid server is restricted you need invitation from existing user to access. To come via hypergrid you must be on allowed list or know password for access grid. Any atempt of unauthorized access is break of law.

No matter what rp Kid or teen or anything you do you must have 18 years old in Real Life to access this grid or our websites/services. We may require do KYC (know your customer) verification if need.
If you are from United States due to changes of law (depends on state where your ip is located) KYC (know your customer) verification will be required to join and continue using your account.
DMCA Notices:
Uploading content, script to i-Grid or any of our site you confirm its legal and you have rights to do or permission from original owner.
If a content provider reports a DMCA violation to I-Grid, it will be investigated and if warranted, removed from public access. Offending accounts may be banned from use of the services.

Behaviour that infringes upon or violates the Intellectual Property Rights of EasierIT Technologies, other Content Providers, or any third parties including of Unauthorized sharing or distribution of I-Grid content outside of the platform will be treat as violation of terms and Furthermore, such actions may be subject to legal proceedings and penalties through the court of law.
All cases will be investigated, we may suspend your account during that procedure and if violation is proven it may result permanent ban without exception and liability.
Content Policy in I-Grid:
Adult Avatars are not allowed in any reason including RP (except grid mom and outside avatars).

TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT
You or we may terminate your Account(s) at any time.
You may terminate this Agreement by closing your Account(s) at any time for any reason.
EasierIT Technology may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason. In such event, EasierIT Technology shall have no further obligation or liability to you under this Agreement or otherwise, and you shall be entitled to no compensation or other payment, remedy, recourse or refund.
We may terminate your Accounts for violation of this Agreement.
EasierIT Technology may suspend or terminate your Account if you violate this Agreement, along with any or all other Accounts held by you or otherwise related to you, as determined by EasierIT Technology in its discretion, and your violation of this Agreement shall be deemed to apply to all such Accounts. Upon termination of your Accounts, this Agreement between us will be automatically terminated and you may not re-subscribe or return to the Service through other or future Accounts you or others may set up.
We may terminate your Account(s) to protect the best interests of the Service and the community or if we believe you pose an unacceptable risk to the community.
We may terminate your Account if we determine in our discretion that such action is necessary or advisable to comply with legal requirements or protect the rights or interests of EasierIT Technology, the Service community or any third party.
We may terminate your Account(s) if we learn, or in good faith believe, that you are a registered sex offender, that accessing the Service may violate a condition of parole or probation, that you have engaged in or attempted to engage in conduct with minors on the Service that violates this Agreement, or that you for any other reason may pose what we deem to be an unacceptable risk to the Service community.
We may terminate your Accounts upon a general suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
If EasierIT Technology elects to generally suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, for any reason, EasierIT Technology may terminate your Accounts. In such event, you will not be entitled to compensation for such suspension or termination, and you acknowledge that EasierIT Technology will have no liability to you in connection with such suspension or termination.
Upon Account termination, you will lose access to your Account and all licenses, Content, and data, and you understand this is a risk of participating in the Service.
Upon termination of your Account, you will no longer be able to access your Account or access (or transfer or direct the transfer to any other Account) any Content or data you have stored on the Servers. All licenses granted by EasierIT Technology to use the Service, including any Virtual Tender will automatically terminate. You acknowledge that you have elected to procure Virtual Tender or any premium account or paid features of the Service notwithstanding the possibility of termination of such license rights under the circumstances set forth in this Agreement.
You should ensure that you have only stored Content on the Servers to which you are willing to permanently lose access. You acknowledge and assume the risk of the possibility of termination of your Account as provided in this Agreement, and you represent that you will make your decisions to participate in the Service, contribute Content, spend your money and dispose of transferable licenses at all times knowingly based upon these risks.
Some terms of this Agreement will survive and continue after termination.
The provisions of this Agreement and any Additional Terms which by their nature should survive your suspension or termination will survive, including the rights and licenses you grant to EasierIT Technology in this Agreement, as well as to the indemnities, releases, disclaimers, and limitations on liability and the provisions regarding jurisdiction, choice of law, no class action and mandatory arbitration.
All Termination are final, we not provide way to appeal, all your data will be deleted in 30 days after termination, in case of termination your inventory, in world objects and everything related to you and your alts is lost.

In some cases Termination can be appeal to AI council but we reserve rights to no reply on any contact.

In case of termination Any unused currency and/or tier will be not refunded.
Please note: We may need to suspend your account temporarily while we conduct an investigation. During this period, you will not be able to access our service and you should not create any alternative accounts. If you do, those accounts will be banned automatically.
We ask you to refrain from arguing with the members of the council on any topic, as this could result in your account being terminated. Please respect your admins.
We do not tolerate any kind of drama and we may suspend your account for up to 30 days if you cause any trouble. Repeated behavior may lead to your account being terminated.
IF you login to Grid or visit it via hypergrid or even register on any of our websites it mean you accept this ToS. For other things not put in this ToS u keep in mind your RL local law.

EasierIT Technology is subject to the law of the Kingdom of Enclave in the event of disputes, failure to settle payments and disputes arising as a result of the company’s operations and the scope of its services and the lack of will to reach an agreement, all case will be forwarded to Dentons Warszawa and referred to the court competent for the location of local office of EasierIT Technology..
